Good News!

I got accepted onto the Training Rooms' Personal Trainer program! Eeeeee! It's so exciting  to know that in a few weeks I'll be embarking on that personal training program and then 6 weeks from then I'll be a fully qualified personal trainer! Just need to find a way to get to Bristol everyday:S

Anyway, in other news, it's the first day of me starting weightwatchers again. Because I initially lost 8 pounds, I'm down to only using 20 points. If you're aware of the WW plan, you know that as you get lighter you use less points i.e. consuming less cals and fat.

So...I'm 11st11lbs, (hefty) and I want to get down to 9st7lbs. I have got a loooong way to go. Anyway, I want to achieve this by May 2011. I think that's a realistic goal and perfectly achievable for holiday season.
It might even fall off quicker because of my new personal training career!

With that said, I'm going to post a few food diaries and details of exercise I'm doing to show you how I will be losing the weight. Today I'm going to my pole-dancing class. So challenging and toning, you should give it a try, you'll see results very soon I assure you.
