I have been a bad bad blogger, sorry guys.
Just a very quick update:
Personal trainer course plans on hold in a bid to get out of debt and do a bit of travelling.
Diet went horribly
BUT, I have recently booked a holiday in Morocco so I have a HUGE insentive to get back on the wagon.
I had been following weightwatchers, which, in all fairness is a very easy diet to stick to in the sense that nothing is restricted. It encourages a long term diet change and review of portion sizes. I intend to modify it slightly by sticking to my ordinary points allowance for the first week and exercising 6 times a week. And then as the weightloss slows down I will cut my points right down. 3 weeks before I set off I will probably just stick to a purely porridge and soup diet to shed the excess pounds quicker. My exercise regime will also be stepped up from an hour a night to 1hr30 a night.
My wish (and I know it's a big wish), is to lose 2 stone in 10 weeks. I know it can be done!
I actually go on the 21st March so fingers crossed!
Tommorow I'll post a full length pic of me how I am now, and record my weekly progress either via writing or a video. So hopefully in 10 weeks I'll have a very different before and after pic!
